In-vitro Study completed at LMU Munich
Feb 16, 2026

An in-vitro study on the retention behavior of FIDENTIS double crown systems was successfully completed at LMU Klinikum München (Department of Prosthodontics), including artificial aging simulating up to ten years of clinical use.

The results indicate that FIDENTIS double crowns show no statistically significant loss of retention forces after artificial aging equivalent to ten years.
These findings contribute to the scientific evidence regarding the long-term functional stability of multi-material additively manufactured telescopic crowns.
We thank the LMU study team for the scientifically rigorous collaboration and look forward to further academic exchange.
