Production Engineer (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Support the CPO in running and continuously improving our production operations, ensuring smooth execution of manufacturing orders.

• Work hands-on with our novel production technology, operate and secure production excellence.

• Identify issues, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities directly on the production floor and translate them into concrete solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the CTO to implement technical improvements, process optimizations, and hardware adjustments.

• Contribute to building and scaling a new manufacturing system — learning from real production and continuously improving how we produce.

What you bring

• Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.

• First practical experience in manufacturing, production engineering, hardware development, or operations (e.g., internships, working student roles, or first full-time experience).

• Hands-on mentality and curiosity to work directly with machines, processes, and technical systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic thinking — able to identify issues quickly and develop practical solutions.

• High motivation to take ownership and grow in a fast-paced startup environment where production and technology evolve rapidly.
